Our mission at Southeastern Disability is to ethically and aggressively provide Social Security disability advocacy services in the Southeast Georgia and North Florida communities. With a caring, compassionate, and client centered focus, our goal is to complete the claims and appeals processes as quickly as possible for our clients and your patients. Specifically, we advocate for disabled individuals applying for and/or seeking to maintain Social Security disability and Railroad Disability benefits. Since we opened our practice in 2013, we've had hundreds of clients approved and/or had their disability claims continued after being "ceased" by Social Security. What makes us unique is that we aggressively advocate for our clients at all levels of the claims / appeals process. The majority of our approved claims are won at the early stages of the process which significantly reduces the average wait time for benefits. We accomplish these results by working closely with our clients and medical sources to thoroughly document the claims records with relevant tests, procedures, medications, and treatment notes to maximize our client's chances for success. We routinely interact and correspond with state agency adjudicators to assist in the claims process. Since we opened our practice in 2013, we've had hundreds of successful outcomes. Our friendly staff is always willing to listen and help. We have a strong history of helping the disabled and serving the Waycross area and larger community.
