South East and Central Essex Mind's mission is to provide support and empower all those living with poor mental health in South East and Central Essex. Our charity serves the Chelmsford, Castle Point, Rochford, South Woodham Ferrers and Southend areas helping support local people with their mental health and wellbeing needs. SECE Mind services include Counselling for both adults and children, Supported Housing, Wellbeing Mentoring for young people and Somewhere To Turn mental health signposting for anyone who needs it. We specialise in high quality mental health and wellbeing services including but not limited to training packages , consultancy and workplace wellbeing solutions. All services are delivered by experienced professionals and tailored to support the development of long-term strategies to keep people and teams well. South East and Central Essex Mind is affiliated to national Mind, a leading mental health charity in England and Wales but is a separately registered charity responsible for running and funding it's own local services.
