South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) Information

The South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) is the South Bay's clearinghouse for energy efficiency, water conservation, and environmental information, offering workshops, materials, and outreach. A program of the South Bay Cities Council of Governments, we partner with SoCalGas, Southern California Edison (SCE), West Basin Municipal Water District, City of Torrance, Water Replenishment District of Southern California (WRD), Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) and Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro).
