Our fee is approximately 25% of the base salary, for all positions. The key to our success lies in how well we brand, promote and position our clients to the candidates, selling them on the opportunity AND the company. A retainer is required to begin the project, with a second retainer due midway through the process. However, we are so confident in our ability to be successful that unlike traditional firms, the second retainer is fully refunded if you do not hire a candidate through Sourcing Solutions. We want you to hire the best and most qualified candidates that fully meet your technical requirements and cultural needs.
