Founded in 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona, Sourcely Holdings, Inc., is a leading value-added solutions provider to the secondary mobile device industry. We serve cell phone repair shops that range in size from independent operators to franchises with hundreds of retail locations, to consumer electronic retailers with over 1,000 locations. We solve the top four pain points in the cell phone repair industry: 1. Supply chain management 2. Inventory management 3. Growth 4. New revenue opportunities We currently serve the United States, Canada, Argentina, and Brazil and are expanding internationally. We office out of Phoenix, Arizona, and Shenzhen, China. Our full-time in-country presence in Shenzhen, China allows us to manage the supply chain, including LCD assembly, component manufacturing, and quality control processes which leads to unparalleled consistency and transparency, allowing us to deliver the right parts with the right quality to meet the needs of our clients and their customers. Sourcely also provides unique services to build our customers' business, including industry educational material, marketing support, and access to a community of similar repair businesses across the country. Our goal is to share multiple avenues to maximize profits and decrease costs for repair shops, through services such as LCD Buyback and E-Waste Recycling, Renewed Devices, and facilitate growth through paid and organic online marketing programs. We are backed up by strong leadership, committed to delighting our customers and elevating the mobile repair industry. Sourcely’s board of directors include outstanding figures such as former Avnet Chairman and CEO, Roy Vallee as Chairman, responsible for a $20 billion growth in capital during his years at the company, and board advisor Jeff Mandell, who previously held executive leadership roles at mobile services company Brightstar, during a period where the company grew from $3 billion to $8 billion.
