We implement web solutions for well-known international brands using Symfony TYPO3 and Magento. The industries of our clients are job portals, recruitment management systems, websites of large retail chains and shops. The team consists of 15+ developers - mainly in Bydgoszcz, as well as in several cities in Poland. We go to trainings and conferences. We organize regular meetings, where we discuss the latest technologies and decide together which of them should be thoroughly tested before we can recommend them to our clients. Once a year we organize a "bigger" meeting, most often combined with an IT conference, where we get to know and integrate in reality. We also organize smaller meetings in real life in cities where there is more SourceBroker devs. Developers working in office are provided with two monitors, height-adjustable desks, Ergohuman v2 seats, coffee, fruits, air purifiers, air conditioning and super fast internet access.
