Principals Colleen Scott and Vivian Ramirez bring a combined 32 years of technical project experience on a wide variety of development and construction projects. They have coordinated all aspects of design and construction for commercial interior, retail, multi-family residential, capital-improvement, and base-building projects - from the execution of the letter of intent through the relocation process. Their depth of experience through a wide variety of project types gives their clients client a unique and well-rounded perspective through a time of major transition.
