Source III's Simulation and Test Data Management tools focus on the creation, visualization, translation and analysis for vector data used or generated by logic simulators, ATPG and ATE. Our premier product, VTRAN, links simulation/ATPG vector data to ATE and other CAE tools. With VTRAN, test engineers can convert between 30+ vector and simulation formats, including WGL to ATE, WGL to test, STIL to ATE, STIL to test, STIL to Advantest 93K, WGL to Advantest 93K, WGL to Teradyne FLEX, STIL to Teradyne FLEX, WGL to SmarTest 8, and many others. We also have several other products available as part of our packages, including: - VGEN - VGEN provides a high-level language for quick and easy creation of simulation vector data. - VCAP - VCAP performs verification/analysis of simulation data files. - DFTView - DFTView provides a graphical visualization of the waveforms applied to signals by WGL and STIL vector files. Our newest product, DFTDirect, is an API that provides direct access to vector data, flow information, and structural information for WGL and STIL files. Source III was founded in 1980 to provide full custom and semicustom design services, making extensive use of gate array and standard cell design methodologies. Dozens of custom and semicustom design projects were completed for many large electronics companies. From here the company evolved into a leading provider of CAE-to-Test software tools. Our vector file translation software (VTRAN) links logic simulation data and DFT vector files to test formats for physical device testers (ATE) or for other logic simulators and analysis tools. We support translations between more than 30 formats, including WGL, STIL, VCD/EVCD, Teradyne, Verigy, Cadence, LTX, Advantest, IMS and many more.
