Experienced and skilled in working with stainless steels, alloys, brass, aluminium, mild steel and spring steels. From specials and one offs through to volume manufacturing. We can see a component from the design and prototype stage, through to final production, including designing and making production tooling and machinery. Processes include precision metal pressing and forming (Simple patterns to complex progression tooling), machining, wire erosion, toolmaking, powder coating and assembly work.
