Source by Nova8 is a specialist flexible legal resourcing business built by lawyers, for modern legal teams. We support organisations across the UK and internationally by providing senior interim legal talent that can step in quickly, integrate seamlessly and add value from day one. Our work spans short-term cover through to longer-term strategic support, helping businesses maintain momentum, manage change and respond confidently to evolving legal demands. Source focuses exclusively on experienced, high-quality lawyers. Our approach is considered and hands-on, shaped by a deep understanding of how in-house legal teams operate and what they need to be effective. We prioritise fit, judgement and impact over volume, and take the time to understand the commercial context behind every requirement. Source was founded in 2024 by Peter Workman, following more than 20 years as a corporate lawyer working closely with in-house legal teams. Peter’s background includes senior roles at leading international law firms and partnership positions at PwC and KPMG, where he combined legal practice with building and running flexible legal support businesses. That experience shapes how Source operates. Peter works directly with clients, personally oversees lawyer selection and remains closely involved throughout each engagement, ensuring the support provided is practical, commercially grounded and well matched to the needs of the business. We work with accomplished solicitors who value flexibility without lowering standards, and with organisations that want reliable, senior legal support delivered in a thoughtful and professional way.
