Sounding Board Education Information

We aim to offer support and advice to Heads, governors and senior staff at independent schools. We specialise in providing mentors who are professionals with knowledge and experience of all aspects of school leadership. We are also available for a one-off consultation on an ad-hoc basis, to help trouble-shoot or to advise a Head/working party in considering major change in approach to any aspect of school life including boarding, the roll, curriculum matters, the structure of the school day/week, etc. We also offer 360-degree appraisals and are experienced recruiters of Heads and senior staff.
