Nigel Sayer created Soter after spending over 20 years with Norwich-based Motorplus, the last eleven of which were as Chief Executive, and is joined by Paul Cosh as Development Director. Soter works with and within the general insurance industry providing long term commitment and transparency to its clients, suppliers and cooperating insurers. Soter handles the management of non-fault and fault incidents, keen to help reduce duplication and conflict while sharing income streams fairly with the parties involved. Soter has built its client base rapidly by offering a new FNOL service, incident management processes, additional products and services but also helping brokers respond to the rapidly changing regulatory environment.
