Sorted is an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) integration platform operated by Sorted Centre for ADR (SCADR). We want to bring about a disruptive systemic change to the legal system in India. Sorted drives dispute resolution operations through professional mediators and trained arbitrators. The company streamlines out-of-court settlement processes. We have identified that people often prefer negotiating their disputes privately or involving friends, family elders, community leaders, and industrial experts as facilitators for amicable dispute resolution to avoid the cumbersome and time-consuming courtroom process. However, these processes often remain informal, lacking legal documentation or advice, rendering the solutions unsustainable and difficult to enforce in the law and justice sector. We deliver legally binding settlements across all types of cases, from grassroots to enterprise level with legally binding finality. Sorted Centre for ADR conducts arbitration and conciliation proceedings under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
