SORE is a real estate company that focuses on the housing market in Amsterdam with a focus on highly-developed neighborhoods. In these districts we focus on the acquisition of apartments suitable for rent and develop projects suitable for sale. SORE bought about 40 apartments in 2016 and 2017 suitable for rental and resale to the property investment fund RCA I (Residential Capital Amsterdam) accounting for about 10m euro sales value. In Q4 2017, RCA II starts with a project value of approximately 30m euros. In addition, SORE itself will launch a number of developed projects.
