Sopers Mobility Aids will not disclose its customers' personal and account information unless Sopers Mobility Aids has reason to believe the disclosing of such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Sopers Mobility Aids, Sopers Mobility Aids's customers, or where Sopers Mobility Aids has good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure. Sopers Mobility Aids may also disclose aggregate, anonymous information collected from customers to invenstors and potential partners. Finally, Sopers Mobility Aids may transfer information collected form customers in connection with a sale of Sopers Mobility Aids's business.
