Sonrisa Dental Clinic in Calahonda was opened in June 2007 by Chris & Kathryn Weir. Chris trained at Edinburgh University Dental School before moving back to North Yorkshire and running a multi surgery dental practice near York for 25 years. He and his wife, Kathryn, moved to Spain with their family in 2007 and set up Sonrisa Dental Clinic on the first floor above Supersol next to Lidl in Calahonda. Kathryn is the receptionist and manages the day to day running of the clinic. Chris is assisted in the surgery by his dental nurse, Raquel. Raquel is from Fuengirola and is fluent in Spanish and English. The clinic specialises in:General Dentistry, Dental Implants, Teeth-Whitening, Cosmetic Dentistry (Crowns, Bridges & Veneers etc), Orthodontist & Childrens' Dentistry.The clinic welcomes all age groups from 2 years upwards and provides regular check up appointments at 6-monthly or yearly intervals. We normally make your next appointment when you finish your treatment and ring you a few days before the appointment to remind you.
