Robotaxis, delivery robots, drones and humanoid robots are on public streets in more cities every month. When one gets stuck in a crosswalk, tips over on a sidewalk or comes down in someone’s yard, the people around it don’t know who to call. The call usually lands with 911, 311 or the police, who have nowhere to send it. sonr is the number to call. Anyone who sees a stuck, crashed or downed machine can text or call 424-484-sonr (424-484-7667) or report it at sonr.co. We take the report, work out whose machine it is, pass the case to the company that runs it and close the loop with the person who called. For fleet operators, sonr is one public number and a field network for every machine you put on the street. Our vetted members go to the scene, secure and document the machine, and help bring it back, with timestamped photos and an incident record for insurance and police. For cities and agencies, sonr gives robot calls somewhere to go. Refer them to us and we handle the rest. It’s free for agencies and the residents who call. The companies that run the machines are the ones who pay us. We’re building our network across the United States now. Drivers and service engineers can join at sonr.co/join and get paid to help with machines near them once jobs go live in their area. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first. sonr.co · hello@sonr.co
