Songstarters Information

I, Jim Femino am, among other things a Grammy-Nominated Singer, Songwriter, Producer & Publisher as well as an educator, speaker and author. Pretty crazy, huh? When Im not busy writing songs for my superstar friends and associates, I spend my time in my studio/office inside a VERY nice RV on a mountaintop in Pegram, Tennessee running Songstarters, my multiple award-winning song publishing and online songwriter/music industry education company and making and releasing videos on my YouTube Channel playing and singing my songs the way I first heard them when I wrote them, just me and my guitar. So if you like hearing hit songs in the raw, you just found the place. I hope you like it! After entertaining crowds both large and small throughout the seventies and eighties as a Country Rock & Soul singer, back before it was cool, all over the entire eastern hemisphere, I retired to Nashville to start my own publishing company, recording studio and to become a pro songwriter. Since then, I and my company have earned everything from Grammy Nominations to having songs recorded by some of the biggest names in Country Music; from Toby Keith and Ronnie Milsap to Craig Morgan and James Otto, as well as Jamie ONeal, John Michael Montgomery, Steve Azar and others, including the highest honor any pro songwriter can achieve I co-wrote the Grammy-Nominated, Billboard 2008 Most Played Country Song Of The Year, JUST GOT STARTED LOVIN YOU, by Warner Bros. recording artist James Otto, which was the first-ever charting Country Single to achieve Gold Record Status for Sales Of Over 500,000 Downloads, and was recently named to Billboard Magazines Greatest 100 Of All-Time Country Songs. As of this writing it is now the Billboard Most-Played Country Song Of The Decade! I am a blessed man, to say the least!
