Sonder is an inclusive, not-for-profit organisation. Since 1993, we’ve worked alongside individuals, families, and communities to improve health and wellbeing. Today, we bring mental health, physical health, and community supports closer together - helping people find the right support at the right time, so they can live the lives they choose. By connecting people to the support they need, we’re working towards our vision of communities where no one navigates life’s hardest moments alone. From many locations across South Australia, we provide support across mental health, homelessness, Aboriginal health, alcohol and other drugs, employment, community health, and disability.
