Sonaya Properties looks for older homes that have solid bones but need updated systems to be comfortable again. We renovate these homes saving as much of the original house as possible but provide modern amenities and efficient systems. When our houses become places we want our family to live in, we offer them to the public for rent. We try to preserve the neighborhood character, reuse existing materials, and provide our residents with all the modern conveniences people expect.
