somnOO owns and operates hotels in France and Germany, through a one-of-a-kind value creation process: as well as being the operator of our hotels, we always retain ownership of real estate and operations. This process guarantees long term industry value and resilience and allows us to integrate operational value creation in each of our field of action. somnOO works in 2 cycles: - We first operate our hotels and restaurants with a minority holding and a call option / preferred purchase right. - While maintaining our operator position, we then convert our minority holding as a majority holding. somnOO aims to become one of the top 5 European hotel owner and operator in the next years, through a continued growth in France, an increasing expansion in neighboring countries and the maintenance of a balanced portfolio (countries, segments, franchise, mino/majo).
