Founded in Melbourne, Australia, Somage is a beverage company creating specialty certified organic tea, chai, matcha and drinking chocolate for cafés, restaurants and hotels worldwide. Since 2007, we have built direct grower relationships, in-house production and preparation standards to give hospitality venues a complete beverage program beyond coffee. We take a whole-plant approach to beverage creation - using leaves, roots, stems, flowers, fruits and seeds as complex ingredients, not commodity inputs. With offices and manufacturing in Australia, the USA and Sri Lanka, we supply and support a considered network of distributors and coffee roasters globally. Our mission is to design and lead the EBC (Everything But Coffee) movement: a flavour-first experience that lives between coffee and wine.
