With an analytical eye, strategic thinking and courageous lateral thinking, SOMAA has been developing extraordinary and appropriate projects since 2007. The team supports its customers in the strategic planning of new projects in the field of building construction and interior design as well as in the renovation of listed buildings. Architecture & Interior Design Each project is preceded by a detailed analysis of the task and the specific circumstances. In doing so, we collect the given parameters ranging from location and timing to economic resources. We play though usage scenarios and question user habits. Based on these facts we leverage our expertise to develop sustainable strategies for the respective task with the goal of generating added value for our clients - this is quantifiable in the best case scenario, but always tangible. Consulting We see in-depth project consulting as a fundamental part of every construction and design task. We have expanded our consulting services over the years to include strategic planning and coordination of project participants. As independent project consultants for building construction and interior design, we develop needs studies (programming of feasibility studies) and development scenarios, while providing recommendations to our clients on how to optimize their space/(or resources). We support and coordinate interfaces with other project consultants—from technical trades to coordinating tenants. We leverage our experience in implementing catering and retail concepts to provide (you) advice as external experts relating to the overall design of your project, from positioning and visual appearance to spatial communication.
