At Solwat, our range of ME services enables us to dovetail efficiently with any Facilities Management company and/or Quantity Surveyor, to manage the water and air services effectively. It is now a statutory requirement for any business to have a water risk assessment and to have on site a statement showing that the water system is being correctly managed. Our qualified Assessors can assist our customers in meeting and maintaining statutory compliance. Like any other installation, it is common for water systems to require some remedial work and ongoing maintenance. This falls within Solwats Scope of general works. Solwat is committed to providing environmentally friendly energy solutions and can now also advise, supply and maintain solar energy systems and air source heat pumps.
