popchips is a delicious line of popped potato chips that are never fried, but always made with real ingredients. how do we do it? well, first, let's talk about how we don't do it. we never fry our chips. that just puts a lot of stuff in there that we could all do without. thanks to the magic of popping, we found a way to pop all the flavor in, while keeping all the fried oil out. we take potatoes, add heat and pressure, then pop! you get chips that are deeply satisfying, but not deep fried. plus no grease, and no guilty conscience. all that’s added is a flavorful blend of seasonings to create taste-bud popping flavors that appeal to the whole family. pop open a bag of popchips and try for yourself.

Sportsmen's Plastics was founded in 1946 by the DiRusso brothers Amedeo and Dominic. Their purpose was to manufacture custom designed three dimensional plastic badges for the sportsmen's clubs of America. They began with beautiful scaled models of pheasant, deer, ducks, geese, moose, bear, trout, bass etc. which were pantographed with exacting detail into mold cavities. These insignias were then injection molded on their single molding machine, hand painted and mounted on various plastic shapes with the club's name, date, etc. hot stamped on the front. A pin was solvent bonded to the back to easily attach to a hat, vest or jacket. The clubs loved them and they still do to this day. Although badges represent a small segment of the business today, our customers demand for the product is ongoing. The challenging part of the business was to keep the machines busy during the off season. Thus began their venture into the custom molding arena. Since that modest beginning in their father's garage, custom molding growth has driven the business to 26 state of the art injection molding machines ranging from 70 to 700 tons and it employs over 100 people in a modern 52,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant. Quality and service were the principles on which the company was established and the reason for it's continued success today!
