For nearly 30 years, SoloHill Engineering, Inc. has been committed to providing innovative solutions for cell-based research and manufacturing applications. Our goal is to provide world-class products and support for the cell-based manufacturing industries, and to achieve status as the innovative global supplier of microcarrier technical applications for both the human and animal health industries. Founded in 1984, SoloHill scientists have conducted extensive research, concentrating on the development of new types of microcarriers. To-date, SoloHill has been awarded over 20 SBIR grants by the NIH. These partially support SoloHill’s ongoing R & D efforts to develop and produce unique microcarriers. Today, SoloHill holds 4 patents relating to microcarrier-cell-culture-based applications. The company's ongoing R & D efforts have resulted in the microcarrier industry's most diverse product offerings in addition to a portfolio of custom designed solutions for proprietary customer applications.
