Solo Sessions UK Information

Solo Sessions, founded by England Roses and Saracens Mavericks captain Sasha Corbin, are providers of coaching master classes. Our mission is to encourage and empower people, inspiring and motivating them to keep active using the power of netball. We deliver private sessions to individual players, clubs, schools and universities. All of our packages can be tailored to suit your requirements and every Solo Sessions master class is guaranteed to be packed with passion and energy. Our “Solo Sessions Inspire” hubs have been set up across North London to provide girls between 11-14yrs old with free access to top flight coaching on a weekly basis. This community project also gives these stars of the future experiences with elite sports stars who regularly attend to inspire them with motivational speaking and Q&A’s about their journeys. We also use our social media platforms to reach out to people from all walks of life. The Solo Sessions profile is growing every day and our YouTube channel now has over 70 videos which aim to provide ideas of individual practices which players of all sports can do at home to improve their skills away from their teams.
