We provide our clients with financial advisory services (Corporate Finance, M&A services and Debt Advisory) based on a co-operative dialogue, i.e. in the process of realising growth potentials, ownership changes, and special situations, such as succession plans. Our primary client base and business partners are larger family-owned companies, mainly with an international focus. Additionally, we advise exchange-listed companies as well as financial institutions. Together with co-investors, we are selectively adding investmens to our portfolios of participations in medium-sized companies. Our team consists of our Managing Partners, Gerrit Roosen and Guido M. Sollors, as well as six other professionals and has an extensive track record in the advisory business, as well as in management.
