Sollevo is a strategic advisory. We partner with senior executives, core management teams, boards, and funding partners to help organizations generate growth and change from the core. We aim to help leadership teams shift from status quo thinking and practices to a mindset which promotes transformation. Collaboration is based around company goals and spans four key stages: discovery, mapping, redefining, and evolution. Within these phases we strengthen management foundations, map and align around a vision for change, and define a strategic approach which removes hurdles and capitalizes on areas of competitive advantage. Engagements are designed to be resource-efficient, collaborative (rather than prescriptive), and synced to the company’s objectives and milestones. Following the initial discovery stage, we use existing team meetings, updates, and strategy sessions to ensure alignment and efficient time investment. We also provide one-on-one, team and cross-functional workshops, keynote speaking, and consulting services. We specialize in partnering with growth companies, late-stage start-ups, and portfolio companies with plans to scale or internationalize operations. We work across sectors including energy and renewables, technology, services, and manufacturing and across geography with particular focus on Europe, North America, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.
