Solihull is an award-winning 3-18 independent day school in the West Midlands. A happy, ambitious and nurturing school with an international outlook, we offer a well-rounded education, packed full of opportunities -attracting bright, curious and high potential pupils with a strong academic profile. The difference a Solihull education makes is reflected in our results: 79% of GCSE grades are at 9-7 and 85 percent of A Level grades are at A*-B – with girls and boys performing equally strongly. We are particularly proud to be in the top 1% percent of UK schools for the difference that our exceptional teaching and outstanding pastoral support make to each pupil's academic progress and results. Located across two campuses, the Preparatory School on the Saint Martin's campus and Senior School on the Warwick Road campus, Solihull educates 1,500 pupils, of whom around 450 are in the Prep School and 250 are in the Sixth Form. Solihull School employs 400 staff in both teaching and non-teaching roles. Teaching staff at Solihull School are hardworking and knowledgeable in their subject area, and inspire pupils to excel. There is an extensive and exciting programme of co-curricular activities, to which all staff are expected to contribute. We also employ staff in a number of non-teaching roles ranging from catering and administration to science technicians and technical support.
