I am an Executive Coach. I help individuals and teams improve their effectiveness and deliver exceptional results. My career spans 36 years with Carlson Hospitality Worldwide and Carlson Marketing Worldwide where I held the positions of Vice President and CIO for over 10 years. I am most proud of the excellent individuals and teams that we developed in the Hotels and Marketing groups. We accomplished excellent financial results and achieved numerous industry innovations thanks to the hard work and commitment of many remarkable individuals.
