We are currently based in Wai'anae, Hawai'i where we offer studio personal training service specializing in medical/corrective exercise, custom in-home fitness programs, weight management, yoga asana, acupuncture and Chinese medicine. We offer several types of exercise programming designed to give you the best results possible. Every fitness program starts with a thorough assessment and is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Our priority is to offer you safe and effective exercise with unbiased results that you can see, feel and accurately track. David is currently in a graduate program in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and a massage therapy candidate . Gemady is an undergraduate Dietetics student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Upon completion of the program, she will apply for a dietetics internship so that she can be eligible to sit for the Registered Dietitian exam. They hope to incorporate their skills in addition to massage therapy services into SolFit's treatment options for clients in the near future. contact us
