SolarGnosis is a broad-based renewable energy consulting and educational firm. We specialize in photovoltaics design and engineering coupled with smart battery storage. We have over 15 years experience designing grid-tied battery backup and off-grid photovoltaic systems. Recently we have further broadened our expertise to include smart energy storage allowing our customers to manage their dependence on – and cost of – utility purchased energy in light of time-of-use rates and demand charges. In the area of curriculum development and specialized training, we have developed renewable energy, photovoltaic and electric vehicle charging system curricula for several California Community Colleges and private training institutes. We also assist educational institutions perform energy audits, identify energy efficiency measures and develop energy expenditure plans; including energy savings calculations and budgets.
