Sol Sana Pty Ltd was incorporated in Sydney Australia, in July 2015, to pursue the continuing design, development, marketing and sales of highly desirable fashion-focused brands in two market segments, viz., footwear and accessories. Brands that the founders of Sol Sana Pty Ltd were previously associated with, through other entities, were consolidated into Sol Sana Pty Ltd and are now the global distributor of these brands. Sol Sana Pty Ltd is sold in over 700 of the most premium retail outlets worldwide, including Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Shopbop, Lord & Taylor, Revolve, Urban Outfitters, Harvey Nichols, David Jones and Myer. Sol Sana was acquired by Kinzu Brands in December 2018.
