Sol Patch acts as an advocate for our Partners– business owners, commercial property owners/managers, and project investors. We evaluate properties to determine their attractiveness to host a solar power system, and then fulfill all activities necessary to realizing a comprehensive solar value proposition, including but no limited to: Evaluate the energy profile of the host site (current consumption and potential generation) Assess relevant site characteristics (solar array area, grid interconnection, permitting) Determine best utilization for solar energy produced Design and install solar power system Manage solar generating assets The Sol Patch team consists of respected solar industry veterans: Developed commercial and industrial photovoltaic (PV) projects totaling greater than 250 MWs Designed C&I and utility scale PV systems totaling over 1GW Managed construction of PV systems totaling greater than 250 MWs Financed over $1 Billion of PPAs, leases and other funding structures
