Founded by Silvia Soledad Duran, a certified Health Coach trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition,(USA) title recognized by Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA, USA) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, USA) our approach blends Eastern and Western thinking, traditional and integrative medicine, and holistic tools with practical strategies. We work at the intersection of mental health, community action, and therapeutic innovation, helping clients shift from burnout and disconnection to purpose and vitality. Sol’s journey combines years of professional experience in leadership, finance, public relations, and health advocacy—with deep inner work and therapeutic creativity. In 2018, she created the method “Eating with Hashi”, a mindfulness-based ritual that addresses anxiety and eating habits through intentional practices rooted in presence. We offer a range of services including individual sessions, group programs, workshops, and corporate wellness solutions, designed to foster transformation, resilience, and growth.
