Sokil is a Ukrainian technology company developing modular UAV-based magnetometer systems for humanitarian demining. We combine advanced engineering, data analysis, and user-friendly design to make mine detection safer, faster, and more affordable. Our mission is to support Ukraine’s recovery and contribute to global humanitarian demining efforts by providing accessible tools that complement existing technologies in the field. Sokil’s modular system enables rapid aerial surveying of up to 1.2 hectares per hour, helping operators collect high-precision magnetic data while minimizing risk to people on the ground. With a focus on cost efficiency, scalability, and ease of use, our solution is up to 10x more affordable than traditional systems, offering annual savings of up to $30,000 per operation. Combined with our integrated planning and analysis software, Sokil enables faster decision-making and more efficient field operations. We collaborate with humanitarian organizations, technology partners, and research institutions to expand the use of drone-based surveying and make the demining process more accessible worldwide.
