I consult on technology-related strategic value resulting in, for example, expanding base revenue, lowering overhead, and being better prepared for opportunities and risks. My clients have included smaller businesses, autonomous operations within large businesses, and niche technology areas within medium size businesses. I coordinate a technical solution path in partnership with stakeholders that may assemble collaborators and coordinate vendors. I focus on solutions that enable businesses to continue forward with or without specific vendors, collaborators, staffing, and my services. I often provide supplemental value in directly completing tasks related to hardware, software use, software development, design, and process engineering. Longer-term clients leverage my understanding of their business and our collaboration over time to supplement their staffing with ongoing strategy, training, staffing, or operational assistance.
