Softmax Data is a boutique AI engineering firm. We design and ship custom AI systems that solve real business problems—end to end. Since 2019, we’ve worked with companies and investors to turn AI from an idea into something that runs inside products and operations. Our work typically sits in places where off-the-shelf tools break down—complex documents, fragmented data, and decisions that require more than simple rules. We are not a research lab or a staffing firm. We take problems from concept to production, and make them work. Typical systems we build include document AI pipelines, agentic workflows, and domain-specific AI models—but always with the same goal: measurable impact in production.
