We can improve the business efficiency of your company through the following stages: - Business process analysis: we start analyzing what you do and how you do it. In this conceptual phase we ignore the fact wether your company is using Pantheon, Oracle, Moodle or Custom software solution to support your business. - Implementation analysis: we analyze how your processes are implemented within software solutions. Business operating system of your SME is usually a set of various IT services and software solutions. Unlike individual solution providers that usually support a part of your process, we treat your business operating system as a whole and we connect all the individual trees in the forest. - Optimization: at this stage, we have the big picture of how your business operating system should be working. So we just do our job. We integrate existing solutions and implement some new, if needed. That’s all we got to do. Are we selling white labeled solutions? NO. We only sell our own process knowledge (ERP, DMS, WMS, MES, CLS and CRM) that is packed within solutions of our corporate partners. And finally, we only sell our own plug-in modules written in Java, .NET, JavaScript, ABAP, ARES, JavaBeans or in any other technology that is needed.
