Our collective mission is to provide products and services that allow people across the world to better their lives through sport. The ASICS Digital division was created in 2016 and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build innovative digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of mobile-fitness solutions such as Runkeeper and ASICS Studio, global e-commerce platforms, and other digital services that inspire people to move, get fit and stay healthy. HISTORY Runkeeper, a leading mobile running app, was founded in 2008 and one of the first apps available when the app store launched that year. The app now has over 50 million users across 180 countries and is available in 12 languages including English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Swedish, Dutch, Russian, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. ASICS Group acquired Runkeeper in March of 2016 as a piece of the brand’s 2020 growth plan to continue to drive global expansion and improve the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience. ASICS has been dedicated to designing the most technically advanced footwear and athletic products in the world for over 60 years. In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. He chose the name ASICS for his company in 1977, based on a famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano"​, which when translated expresses the ancient ideal of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body."​ ASICS was founded on the belief that the best way to create a healthy and happy lifestyle is to promote total health and fitness. ASICS products were introduced to the United States in 1977 and brought with them an incredible story of athletic performance and technical advancements.

Motion Pro, Inc. ® designs and manufactures high quality cables, tools and controls for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles and personal watercraft. Motion Pro was founded in 1984 by Christopher Carter, a gold medal winner in the prestigious 6-day ISDT. Carter and his team of engineers developed many of the tools and products we offer in our line today. Our products are used and endorsed by champions and professional mechanics worldwide. Motion Pro has its roots in racing and provides support to many professional and amateur riders. We also support a wide range of events covering amateur to professional dirt track, road racing, off-road, ATV and motocross. Motion Pro is dedicated to producing the most versatile, unique and durable products for professional and home use. Our tools are designed to be simple to use, yet durable enough to withstand the harshest conditions. One of our goals is to offer tools of convenience, which make difficult or time-consuming jobs much easier. We work directly with top riders and mechanics in AMA Supercross, Motocross, GNCC, Enduro, ATV, Dirt Track and Baja to develop and test our products. Motion Pro tools, cables, controls and accessories are designed with high quality materials and our products are built to withstand years of use.
