Sofion Information

Sofion is the independent learning partner for organisations where knowledge is the work: healthcare organisations, professional associations, universities and corporate L&D teams. Most organisations do not have a content problem. They have a landing problem. The expertise is there, the material exists, the sessions get scheduled. And still the knowledge does not reach the people who need it, at the moment they need it. What we do ✔ Learning needs analysis We start with what people should be doing differently, not with the format. ✔ Instructional design and curriculum development Programmes built on learning science, designed to stick rather than to be completed. ✔ Digital learning and blended programmes E-learning, blended tracks and performance support that fit how people actually work. ✔ Independent advice on platforms and infrastructure What we recommend, we recommend because it works, not because we sell it. ✔ Measuring what it delivered Behaviour and application, not completion rates. Why Sofion Ten years in instructional design, with a formal grounding in educational science. That background is what separates learning that gets delivered from learning that gets used. We work independently. No vendor ties, no platform to defend, no product to place. That is what lets us tell a client the answer is not another course. Dutch by origin, European by ambition. We are building cross-border partnerships in lifelong learning, because questions about knowledge and skills do not stop at national borders. Knowledge that arrives too late is not knowledge. That is what we work on.
