Launched in 2014, Social Impact Collective (SIC) was formed to combat this rising epidemic of veteran poverty. Through innovative partnerships and robust programming, SIC works to alleviate poverty amongst some of America's most vulnerable citizens. These brave men and women who have put their lives on the line should never return home to face financial hardship, homelessness, unemployment or a lack of stability for themselves and their families.It is our philosophy that no veteran should ever have to worry about how they will feed their families or where they will live. Education should never be a barrier to maintaining dignity and acquiring personal freedom however for many of our unsung American heroes, a limited education has driven them deeper into the confines of privation.
