Our certified social engineers conduct live, adaptive assessments to help organizations identify, measure, and reduce human cybersecurity risk. We evaluate whether employees and security procedures withstand realistic attacks involving impersonation, authority, urgency, and other social engineering techniques. Our services include Social Engineering Risk Assessments (SERA), vishing, phishing, smishing, callback phishing, adversarial simulations, and AI and deepfake social engineering audits. Unlike automated awareness simulations, SECOM's operator-led assessments evaluate real verification, reporting, escalation, and approval decisions under pressure. Organizations receive evidence-based findings and prioritized recommendations to strengthen security controls and human defenses. SECOM publishes original social engineering research, including its 2026 State of Vishing Report, which analyzes 8,007 human-to-human vishing interactions.
