The organization founded in 2000 by some volunteer graduates and it is registered as a non-govermental organization (NGO) under Ministry of Justice in 2003 in Azerbaijan. It is a network organization btw the graduates from Turkish Universities in Azerbaijan. Its location is in Baku, Azerbaijan but covers all graduates living & working worldwide. The organization's CEO is Chingiz Bayramov, Secretary is Hikmet Aliyev, Human Capital Management Center Manager is Dr Rovshan Hasanov.
