Ethan learned the toxicology industry through his work for Aria Diagnostics. Through that work and other past experience, his passion to help get others on track developed into a vision that combined business with service. After seeking insight and collaborating with others, the vision came together to try and formulate a sustainable plan that would allow him to use his time to truly make a difference. Rather than start a non-profit organization, SoberAssist, LLC was born, which the team thought would be best avenue to fulfill Ethan's mission to empower people. This for-profit company exists to demonstrate and prove a solid business model, and in turn could have a greater impact on the missional side through use of profits to invest time and resources into helping others create similar entities. Ethan currently gets the most joy out of mentoring in sober homes, prisons, and various other organizations in the hopes of helping people get the guidance they need for reintegration into society.
