Snowbird is a farm distillery that makes Agricultural Spirits. Our products are rooted in the traditions of New World sugarcane juice spirits and European fruit brandies (eau de vies). Our core mission is to craft high-quality spirits that express the terroir of the ingredients, have a transparent supply chain, and are derived from natural farming practices. In addition to maintaining our own farm, Snowbird is partnering with a number of small and medium-sized growers who employ sustainable, natural techniques to provide agricultural products for our spirits.
