Snow Logic has flourished working on sites with a “Zero Tolerance” for snow and ice. We arrive to the designated areas prior to the start of the storm and dependably maintain the paved areas as “black” allowing NO snow or ice to accumulate. We clean the sites from curb to curb and do a reappearance the following day to remove any refreeze or drifts. We currently clear 300+ acres of snow with a multitude of rubber-tired loaders and pusher boxes. We have the ability to apply salt and ice melt as needed. Our director of snow service has years of experience working for a national facility management company and understands both client demands and the communication necessary to handle 130+ acre sites. We have a competent, dedicated team that is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week during snow season.

BlizzardTech, Inc. was created in 1999 with the combined efforts of Jennifer the Blizzard loving Meteorologist and Dan the Computer Technologist. While Dan created a consulting business for Networking and Computer Security, Jennifer created the weather portion of the business. With a degree in Meteorology from Ohio University and experience at the National Weather Service in Cleveland, Ohio and Headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland, she started her new endeavor in 2000 as Chief Meteorologist at National Pollen Network creating daily allergy forecasts. At the end of 2002 our allergy forecast product is no longer being produced but we hope to continue the project some day. During the early years of BlizzardTech, Jennifer installed Davis Weather Monitor II weather instruments at BlizzardTech's location in Gurnee Illinois. With the need to find additional space and a better location, BlizzardTech, Inc moved in 2002 to Prairie Crossing in Grayslake, Illinois. Our new location in the conservation community of Prairie Crossing gives us a unique opportunity to provide weather data to the Northeastern Illinois area as well as to a unique growing environmental community.
