Universal Yums was founded in 2014 with a simple concept: give people an opportunity to try unique foods and flavors from around the world. Our flagship product is a monthly subscription box offering snacks and candies from a different country each month. We've shipped over 8,000,000 boxes and have been featured in Forbes, Buzzfeed, and The New York Times for our novel product and rapid success. All are delivered with a packaging presentation that’s an experience in itself. Marti Wymer is the founder and CEO of Spoonful of Comfort. Her personal experience caring for her mom from afar was the inspiration for the company. Since then, Marti has shared her vision of care with thousands of customers—and it’s resulted in attention from the Today show, publications like Real Simple and Entrepreneur, and an appearance on Shark Tank. Marti works hand-in-hand with longtime friend Anne Cummins. Director of Business Development, Anne supports the corporate side of the company with a background in health and wellness. Allured by the feel-good vision of Spoonful of Comfort, Anne brings insights and a skill set gained from working with top-tier organizations.
