We works closely with the leading Document and Content Management vendors to provide compatible image and index data for fast, efficient uploading. Equipped with over 35 scanners, we specialize in high volume projects that can either be processed at Smooth facilities or at the customer site. Smooth Solutions has the capacity to handle projects of any size. Our experience and expertise has allowed us to successfully complete large projects ranging from 1 million pages to over 30 million pages. Smooth Solutions' 24-hour scanning facility is protected by a state of the art security alarm system. The facility is locked at all times and employees must use a key card for entry. We have an installed sprinkler system and fire alarm system. Smooth Solutions has all the necessary Liability Insurance as well as "Valuable Paper and Records" insurance.
